How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day — usually faster. If it's urgent and you've not heard back by the evening, DM me on Instagram.
Do you travel outside Aberdeenshire?
Yes — happy to travel across Scotland and further for the right project. Travel beyond 60 miles gets a small day-rate added so we're both covered.
Do you offer deposits and payment plans?
A 20% deposit holds your date. The balance is due before delivery. For larger bookings, we can split the balance across two or three payments — just ask.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Pick the closest option and write the rest in the message. Most projects touch two or three services anyway — we'll figure it out on the call.
